Thanks for the welcome. After the MTR is over I will be more involved. Is anyone running this on a dually? Is it multithreaded ? Can two instances run ?

I'm running on a dually. You need to install... rename the directory and executable, and install a second time. Each process will use a single CPU. Works fine on my VP6 running Win2K Pro... DSpy has issues though.
