Well with all the recent outages in the d2ol servers, got me wondering why someone hasn't made a program like setiqueue for d2ol, i myself do not possess the knowledge to program something like that, but i think it would be a great asset to the team, and to d2ol itself.

I think we have some people working on an alternate plan or two.. 🙂 At least some reserves so we can download and install cands if there is an outage. This project is still in developing stages and the more people who join it whom are knowledgable about such matters the better the chances of seeing real improvements come along. If we had a force the size of SETI Im sure these things would already have been developed.

I am working on getting something setup so you can download what I call que packets. As for a program I am not sure. I think it can be done but it will take some work. And more importantly time. I could probably hack something but it would not be to great and I really don't even have the time. 🙁 But I am sure once this gets a bit larger something will be developed.
