i just did an new install onto win95 and it no works
it downloads into the cache, then trys to start and then trys to start and then trys to start

loops and doesn't work
i haven't tried updating the java virtual machine
 
Don't even bother trying to update the JVM. One, it doesn't use Microsoft's. Two, the client uses it's own customized Sun JRE, according to something I read on their forums (had to dig for that).
 
My systems at home auto updated, I just checked the one at work and it never updated.

Closed the client then restarted and it updated.
