D2OL: Atom Data Incomplete

I just installed D2OL on this computer (fresh install) and after it downloaded the cadidates, I get this message with the Sars1 candidate. Here is a Picture of what it looks like. Will it pass? Is it stuck? What should I do?

Update: The candidates are being processed, so maybe this will pass when it is done.
 
Well, would you look at that! There are two atoms (I assume carbon) missing!

Have you tried Alt-F on your DSpy? (You are running DSpy, aren't you? 😀)
