D2OL - Atom Data Incomplete? Possible Fix

I get a "Atom Data Incomplete" massage everytime I'm doing candidate nci_1138_2140. Everything runs fine untill I get to this candidate. I keep deleting it, but it always comes back. To delete goto your "structs" folder, then to folder "1138". There you'll find the culprit then delete it. It will come back, so you"ll have to watch for it. Hope this helps.

Delete the two dat files also. It should kill it for you.

Try deleting that whole folder it is in.

I, too, had a couple pesky candidates that kept coming back. GeoffS explained here what to do and it seems to have worked. To recap what he said: Delete all directories in the 'structs' directory AND also the tasks.dat, inqueue.dat, and outqueue.dat in the 'res' directory.
