You are either:

A) Businessman who conducts tons of work related matters on the phone.
B) Teenage Girl.

no:(

uggh....I wish you would have posted this before you called them. I know a few tricks to get cell companies to give you a break on huge bills like this.

Well I hope you stay within your plan from now on. Call my mom after 9 so you are on your night and weekend minutes!

I will canceling my sprint plan next month and switching to cingular.

Sprint said because I had activated a used phone I was ineligible to get a new phone now that my contract was up

I use about 1400 minutes a month so they lose my $110 a month. Everytime I have asked a question the answer changes I am done. My contract expires on June 30 BUt because my billing starts on july 1 I would have to pay an entire month If I was to cancel.

They tried to get me to switch to fair and flexible even though on averaghe it would cost me $15 more a month and when I asked why I would the girl said "it a better plan for you" No it is a better plan for sprint.

Sprint Customer service is in the crapper and while they might be OK for casual users for some like me who NEEDS to have his phone working and is willing to pay sprint sucks.
