Here's a hot deal if you're looking for a USB hub and a built in n10/100 ethernet adapter. D-Link sells it for $49.00 + ground shipping = $52.95. Compare to buy.com and Egghead, they are sold @ $70 in change + shipping. Even with buy.com's free shipping new customer only coupon you'll still pay $60 in change. Suprised that direct order from the manufacture is much cheaper than online retailers like Buy.com and Egghead.

Finally, my USB hub/NIC arrived. Not much to say other than how simple it is to setup. The package comes with a driver disk (contains 2 files), the hub of course, a power adapter, and a small manual booklet. The hub will work just fine without the power adapter... you have LED, one for self-power and another for bus power. Also, you have an LED for each of the 3 ports and a LED for the ethernet... green for 100mbps, amber for 10mbps, blinking for transmitting. Even though you're connected to the network @ 100mbps full-duplex, don't expect that's your bandwidth due to the nature of the USB bus @ 12mbps. The NIC is 10/100 so you can connect to either a 10 or 100mbps network.

Hope this brief review help.
