Hi,
Problem: I have SBC Yahoo! DSL and always connected to the internet. Yesterday, I connected it to a router which connects to my PC via an ethernet card. I can browse the web fine, play games and everything a web page can do....strange thing is I cannot open up my email....I can log into Yahoo! mail just fine, but as soon i was attempt to open my inbox a blank page would display after a long pause (I can see that it was waiting for information). Everything i do after logging on wouldn't work, except for logging out! Thinking that it might be Yahoo!'s problem, i tried it with my notebook which is directly connected to my dsl modem (2wire home portal 1100) via an usb port, it's working fine.
I also notice that my other PC in a different room that is wirelessly connected to the D-link router (di-614+, one antena, 1 to 4 hub) has the same problem.
I tried erasing cookies/cache, changing security settings, renewing IP (maybe I didn't do it correctly), and even resetting winsocket.
could it be my MTU? I'm not quite sure how that works...if you know, please tell.
Please help.
