I am interested in sharing a printer on my home network. I have one multi-function printer that has built-in networking, but it is a cheap inkjet that is slow, and would prefer to put my laser jet on the network without the need for leaving one of my PCs on all the time.
I have stuck with D-Link products as I have had decent luck with their products, and believe in keeping common components when applicable.
That being said, I found this D-Link DNS-120 which has two USB ports, and advertised for network storage. But is there any reason why it wouldn't work for a USB printer as well?
