It's been 5 months and it's finally time to evict this bum and his son. We purchased the house in 9/04 and our court date was set a month ago. The sheriff will be out today to evict the two. I'm a little nervous but I'm finally glad they're leaving. I hope nothing bad happens!!!!

thanks ... last thing I need is "Officer Down Officer Down"

Is it that bad?

:Q

I hope not, but if you're forced to leave the house you've lived in the past 40 years and it's freaking cold, would you leave? I hope he doesnt give us any problems!

LOL

We need more of the story.

I agree.
Are you planning to move in, so they gotta go? Or are they just vermin and gotta go?

🙂

They lost their house to sheriff sale a year ago. The owner who bought it sold it to me for $50k. It's worth $126k AFTER we fix it.

That's a nice investment.

Happy: No grandma this could be good. We'll get the house back for less than we owe...

Famous last words. Watch out that the tenants don't throw the officer through the front door.

hehe this reminds me of this

"Helen is living in her car, trying to feed her kids.
She got laid off at work, and her house was repossessed.
It's hard to think clearly when it's 38 degrees.
Desperate people have been known to render desperate deeds.
But when she shot that family and moved into their home,
The paper read she suffered from dementia."
