Yeah, I was about to retract that. I just got one running 2 minutes per. But I don't think I've ever gotten a 5min per conformer. I have an Athlon XP 2200+. 😀
 
These are a pair of XP1900+ with 512Mb DDR. The 5+ min one has 47 atoms and 16 rotational bonds. The 2+ min one has 44 atoms and 10 rotational bonds... :|
