All,

We will be making a lot of changes and adding things to the D2OL project in the coming months and we hope you will be as excited about them as we are.

The first thing we will do is upgrade the current targets and candidate libraries with new information that has become available. This should help to increase even further the number of viable results that are returned to us.

Very soon we will also be adding a new target to crunch against. The new target will be directed against the outbreak of the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) virus. This virus is believed to be a close cousin of the common cold and has already caused a number of deaths around the world. For more information about the new target, please visit the SARS page in the pathogens section of our website.

Thank you all for your continued support of this project and we are looking forward to continuing our fight against deadly outbreaks around the world.
