Positive Delta Daily means that we are outproducing that team. Negative means they are gaining on us. This number is derived from the difference between rolling last week productions divided by 7 to get a daily figure.

Drive on TeAm! 🙂

Has anyone heard if "the D2OL powers that be" have considered increasing the size of the cache in the client? Maybe give us the abilty to store say 250 cands instead of just 100?

Dont know but that would be MIGHTY nice.

Ive made that suggestion dozens of times. If you pull it off Geoff you are good. 😛

Someone needs to hack the code and make the que size larger.. :Q

Having two installs of the client can alleviate the problem. I know its to much hassle for most people. Tough to automate also, but it does work. My one backup install provided most of my output today.

Hmm.. I was given to understand, perhaps mistakenly, that there was a fairly short time-frame for when the cands needed to be returned? If I were do the 2 client solution, would that mean I'd need to switch the client every couple of days? If so, that could be a problem for those of us with alot of rigs. 😱

My backup was one month old the results were credited. I understand the concerns about redundancy. You could blow away the backup cue once a month or so to keep things fresh . From what I have read at the D2OL forums the candidates are run far to many times as it is. I don`t think there is a time limit on them. I think two installs would be better than swiping the files from a different machine. If you swipe the files you know for sure everything is redundant. Someone should put all their Dspy logs in a spreadsheet and see how many times the same candidates have been run. I would like to see those stats.

I think all you really need to keep up with is the install updates. When they come out with a new one you need to update both. I dont think there is any time limit on returning results unless they were the old style candidates which have been purged from the system.
