Race page is HERE

Click on the race name to see information about the race.

Note that our race has not started yet... I just have it set up so that there is some data in there, so race & team names, start, end... all that stuff is not yet resolved!

LMK what you think is needed!

How good can a race-site look?? This is just awesome Geoff!!
I can't wait to start the race! :D

I'm just really bad at bringing up a TeAm name...

Looks good. Is it possible to add a currentness date/time?

As in, "Stats are as of: Monday May 17 at 18:17 EST"

In retrospect, I'm guessing your question was based on the assumption that perhaps the stats are updated more than once a day... at this time they are not, however I hope to change that soon... I've got the DPAD, Lifemapper and SoB stats running hourly :)

Geoff,

Is there a serious reason you can't use port 80 for your web site? Those of us behind firewalls can't get through to oddball port numbers like 6969.

Or perhaps you've got a secret incantation I can use to be able to see your stuff.

Thanks,

That was the assumption :)

Yes. Port 80 on that address is used for company business. My network admin allowed a whole in the firewall to port-forward to a machine of mine behind the firewall, requiring some port other than 80.

However, I hope to change all that sometime this week. I'll post the new address, without the port forward (YAY!) later this week :)

That's what I though... my apologies... I'm looking to porting the changes that I incorporated into the other stats pages (which were all based on the D2OL stats) back into the D2OL stats. However, that work is queued up at the moment. I need to finish off SoB (not spending as much time on that as I hoped I would be able to), then I need to finish up the race page for the imminent D2OL race, and then I hope to get the hourly update in place for D2OL :)
