Yes it does. What you need to do is install it. Then you must use the same e-mail address. Then loging to there site and add the new node.
 
After you add the node it will take a few minutes to update the site and then you will see it there.

If you wish to change your name to like TA_Imported you can do it the same way.. you will disappear completely for about 5-10 minutes from the team list, but then reappear with the edited user name. Then just log in from then on with the new user name.
