Cygwin user and password

Right now cygwin is using my default username/password to log on my computer as the l/p for incoming ssh connections etc. How can I make a different user account to user to log onto my box? Thanks

I was under the impression it used the defaul XP user login and password, and something else had to be done special for a different user to be created. I didn't think I could just make another user in xp.. I'll give it a shot though...
