Cyclists, some advice

Just ordered the following from Nashbar:

Nashbar 7075 Lite Road Handlebar 42
Cane Creek S2 Threadless Headset
Sun Venus/Cannondale Coda Wheelset
Nashbar Carbon Road Fork
Shimano 105 STI Levers
RITCHEY LOGIC PRO V3 ROAD PEDAL
Nashbar AluC Road Frame

Need BB/derrailur/crank/brake reccomendations...

Am thinking Shimano 105 stuff...

I don't see any persuasive reason not to stick with 105 (well, I'm a Campy-phile, but leaving that aside . . . :~) on a bike of that caliber. IMO 10-speed offers no advantage that outweighs the fragility of 10-speed chains and poor service life of 10-speed cassettes, so 9-speed 105 should be a good choice.

Personally I like the Shimano SPD-SL pedal design a lot better than the Ritcheys, so I'd probably deep-six those and get some SPD-SLs (either Ultegra or 105) off eBay, but that's a personal-preference issue. Another personal issue is handlebar width, but IMO most men over, say 5'10" should ride 44cm handlebars. I don't know your height, obviously. Wider bars aid breathing and climbing in the drops with little aerodynamic disadvantage.

That's what my post above was getting at. You could eBay the Motobecane/Windsor frame and use the parts to build up a bike on a custom frame or really nice used frame from eBay and come out WAY ahead...

That said, unless you have the tools to put all this stuff together already, it would be cheaper to buy a complete bike like that Motobecane Mwilding mentioned.
