I recently bought a cyborg rat 9 gaming mouse from amazon.co.jp and it is giving me a lot of problems. Sometimes when i right click, it doesn't work and i have to repeatedly hit the button to get it to work. So, i was looking for a replacement.
Amazon.co.jp refused to give me a replacement because they also imported this item from somewhere else and are not able to replace it. Since Cyborg does not have a support line in japan i called the US support and they said i should ask for a replacement by amazon.co.jp.
Any ideas on what i should do? This is so frustrating...
