First of all, hello everyone! :)

I'm getting an entirely new system and went for a logitech G110 keyboard as well as a cyborg RAT 7 mouse. The mouse feels very very well built and I personally love how it looks and its technical specs.

However, I've been trying for the past couple of days to get comfortable with it and still havent really got the fit dialled in. I'm more of a palm grip person and my biggest issue with the mouse so far is its right click feels way too easy to click (ie. it offers very little resistance to pressure). I have a large hand and sometimes the weight of my middle finger sitting on the right click would cause it to click which is very annoying. Is this normal? Or is my mouse somehow sort of defective? And if this is normal (which I do not see why) is there a way to somehow adjust the click resistance?

I tried all the length adjustments and im using the pinkie rest but the problem still persists. For those who actually own the RAT7 and are happy with it, how do you exactly hold the thing lol? are you experiencing the same super sensitive click buttons issue?

I have this mouse and totally have the same problem. I just got used to it over time - I thought it was more of an issue with how I rested my hand than the mouse itself since left click seemed about as sensitive.

Yeah - i have the same issue. they definitely didn't put enough resistance in the spring and i get many false right clicks. it's very annoying and ruins the experience of having a high end mouse. If you tend to rest your finger on the right button, look elsewhere for a mouse because you will be dissatisfied with this one…

Not having any issues with mine. It's got a light click but I never accidentally click it. I do like to rest my finger on the scroll wheel though about 50/50.

I have this problem, but to a much worse extent :p. Probably because i play league of legends and right-click ridiculous amounts, but my right click is just completely dead, and refuses to lift off of the mouse. It started as a minor annoyance of if i set my fingers weight, it would click, to if i left clicked it would click, to being unable to not click it if i even moved the mouse. :p I am going to take a look at it, but one thing i did notice, is that when i was taking it apart, loosening/tightening the screw directly beneath the LEFT-click button, directly affected its sensitivity. You guys can try this on your right click, hopefully before its too late for you :( lolol. oh well under warranty i think.

It's a crud mouse which happens to look great. The adjustability has near-zero ergonomic benefits. Really poor balance whatever trim it's in, poor tracking. Pinky tray? Wooo.

I have the Contagion as decoration on the seldom-used Mac Pro at home. My suggestion if this is your main mouse would be to use something worthwhile. Even the G9x - which I'm not the worlds greatest fan of - is a much better mouse.

The RAT7 is heavy with a steel chassis so if you are a claw/finger grip sort of person, the mouse buttons might accidently click while moving the mouse.

I have the exact same problem, but to the extreme. If I blow gently on my right mouse button, it already activates. This is very annoying. I can't use my mouse normally atm. I'm still under warranty, and I'm going to send it back.

Will they cover it under warranty? Should I really send it back? Or is there an easy way to fix this problem?

Btw, I also play League of Legends. Over-using the right mouse button.
