I saw this brand at Best Buy. Is this a reliable UPS Surge Supressor brand? This was one of the few brands I found that could handle enough wattage for my system's power supply.

Decent, but I'd opt for an APC.

Does the UPS need to be able to handle atleast as many watts as what your PSU is. My PSU is an ANtec True550 WATT. Also you probably need more for the monitor's wattage right? Or can each plug handle the specified wattage for each separate device plugged into it?

I have two of the 525 versions of this UPS. I got about 1 1/2 years out of the older one. The other is still alive. I had a lot of power fluctuations during the recent hurricane that killed it.
