I think they are are good company. You can always check Bizrate and Resellerratings. But I'd just build the computer yourself, you can save money doing it that way.
 
Its not that hard. You just need to be careful and do your research. I've been building computers for over 10yrs. For your first build just keep it simple. If you have any questions or problems you can always ask them here. If you want a suggest on a build just let me know. It really depends on what you are wanting to do with it.
