I figured i'd sign up to ask this question:

Has anyone out there ever dealt with Cyberpower Inc.?

I payed 350$ for a OEM ATi 9700 pro VGA when i ordered my system in december. A few days ago, i clocked my video card at 297MHz GPU and 267 MHz mem. I wondered w.t.f. was going on. I looked into it, and found some other people with the same problem. I e-mailed cyberpower requesting an exchange for a proper card or a refund. Should they be in-line to replace this card since it wasn't marked on their website that i'd be paying 350$ for a lousy card that runs at speed/slower than a 9500 pro?

I'm asking anyone who has dealth with Cyberpower before.

i've dealt with 'em.. i returned my RAM sticks to them, cause i figured i could get 1 gig of ram for the price they were selling 512mb.. so i RMA'ed my ram, and bought some from newegg :)
the ppl are a little hard to deal with, u need a LOT of patience... and yea, you have to go thru 3rd parties to get all your work done..
call the tech support and ask for an RMA.. explain the problem to them... some of the guys they have are really nice.. (try rememberin names and asking for the same ppl over and over again.. personal touch..)
also beware, gettin thru to their no. could be a real bitch, the tech. support lines are ALWAYS busy, keep tryin.
hope it works out for you.
