Cyberpower 685 wrong item for rig?

I was recommened a Cyberpower 685AVR for my computer. I called cyberpower and they said a gaming rig needs way more power. Do I send it back? I am still wondering why so many people recommended this if it will be overloaded; specs:

a8n32
opty 170
x1800xt 512
seasonic 500W
old trinitron 19'monitor

[edit] If the power goes out, this thing will supply up to 390 watts to let me save data and quit. Is 390W enough for the above specs for a short period? What if someday I add two nvidia for something?
