I just snagged a CyberPower 1350AVRLCD at Costco B&M for $89.99, which is $44.18 cheaper than Amazon (where I pay tax) and $55 cheaper than Newegg (no tax for me).

I don't see it on Costco's website, and the thing is amazingly heavy anyway, so you'd probably get gouged with the shipping, but I couldn't believe my eyes in the store.

I'm going to play with it this afternoon in my home office, and if it performs as well as everyone says it does (for a non-pure-sine-wave unit anyway), I'll probably go back and grab another for the home theater. Again, this is B&M so YMMV. My local store had at least 8 in stock. Good luck!

Thanks... I'll go check it out.

I should also add that Costco has an INSANE no-questions-asked return policy within a year of purchase. If I don't like it, I'll just bring it back...when I get around to it...for a full refund on my amex (they only take amex or cash).

And here's the receipt (looks like I got some kind of $2.25 coupon on top of the low price!):

Wife just snagged my backup UPS for her office and mine died right afterword so this deal, if it's at our store will be my replacement

Yes...I'll replace the batteries in the two dead 'uns

My Costco still only carries the Tripp-Lite 1000VA for the same price. Would much rather have the CyberPower. I first saw mention of this CyberPower at Costco almost a year ago, so it's a regularly stocked item in certain regions.

As of this morning there are still at least 5 at my Costco (store number and location in the receipt I posted above).

I agree that this is regional - the stores in south Florida apparently only carry the 1kva Tripp-Lite (same price but much less desirable)...
