Hi i was just wondering if anybody knew a way to get past the password and into the cyber patrol headquarters?

Does your mommy and daddy know what you are doing?

I contacted the anandtech administrator. They've looked up the originating IP address and contacted your internet provider. Expect a phone call very shortly. I suggest you get the phone before your parents do.

Burn a Knoppix ISO and boot to that. Problem solved. (you could even delete some of cyber patrol's key files this way, if they're not on an NTFS partition...)

with the browser open, you have to hold the 'alt' key, and then hit F4 to bypass the admin rights. Now if it doesnt work the first time, try again. It can be a real pain in the arse. I had the same program, but after a while it will work. Good luck.
