Hi,

I heard that Cyber monday is the best day of the year to shop for computer parts, is this true? and is the discount a significant amount? I might be building a couple more computers for friends if it is!

Thanks

There's a whole subforum for these types of inquiries. Moved from GH.

It's all interconnected now unfortunately. Amazon leaked an ad to my inbox and it's nothing fantastic. Walmart's is nothing fantastic.

As far as newegg/tigerdirect/microncenter go...it's anyones guess.

Cyber monday has been watered down along with the rest, just make sure when you purchase something that is "Wow OMG 525% off!" the price isn't actually more then what it was a few weeks ago or during the last holiday sale.

I"ll be hanging round the internets until 12:00AM just to see what pops up....I really want 8-16gig of value ram at a cheap price. My PC Box, I can't fit the elitesniporz style ram heatsinks 🙁

I'm looking for some good low profile 8gb ram too. Was holding out last week and now I regret it since the best deals on newegg are now completely sold out. Amazon had no good deals on ram so hopefully tomorrow will be when they release something worth looking at

2013 Cyber Monday deals are just as as bad as Black Friday.

Seriously. Go thread crap in another forum. We get it - you aren't able to find what you want for Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

On the other hand, smart shoppers don't have to work very hard to find deals in different items, depending on their needs. If you were out to buy a new LED TV this year, Black Friday and Cyber Monday were hard to beat. Especially Walmart's where they guaranteed not to run out in the 1st hour.

I had to use a lot of restraint from just upgrading my 42'' 1080p.

I mean...they are SO freaking cheap now D:
