Cyber law class presentation: any suggestions for style?

Our group has to present a presentation on "The Role of Regulatory Agencies" on the Internet (i.e. ICANN, dealing w/ SPAM, etc).

The past two groups have done a game-type presentation where the students would answer questions from the presenters about the days reading; they've been really creative.

Any suggestion on how to top those two? I was thinking maybe "Chutes and Ladders" type game board because BINGO has already been done and getting a horse across the finish line was the other one.

And I'm trying NOT to use power point; possible visuals were website design where we would click through our slides/pages.

Any suggestions?
