CX430m vs. CS450m noise

anyone have both and able to give an opinion? i'm suspect of the CX430m as my CX430 v2 is rather noisy. however, it seems the CS450m is actually slightly louder than the CX430m.

looking to stuff this into a fractal node, the current xfx supply in there is nicely quiet but the wire tangle takes up the drive rack space.

I've used both & they were both pretty quiet. I didn't notice them over the the other fans in the case.
