CUV4X Boot Problems

I have a CUV4X and it will not post. I've tried putting in different processors (p3 700 and Celeron 400) all borrowed from friends so I know the processor works; golden orb, WD 7200 HDD, Radeon LE vid card, Crucial 128 memory. The darn thing just will not post anything. I've tried swapping out vid card for PCI, still no go. Anyone have any ideas? Power supply works cuz putting in another mobo, I can get to bios.

You may have a short.

try installing cpu, ram video + PS to the MB while it is outside the case.

could also try clearing the cmos.
