I just bought a Celeron 700 MHz processor (FC-PGA), i took out my old 400MHz(PPGA ) Celeron and put the new one in, and when the PC boots up it hangs after the memory check. I would like some input to help solve the problem.
(Memory is fine)
(Installed new bios)
Not sure about voltage (I did not change it), but I think that may be the case, but I wanted to hear from someone who has more expertise than I do
