Ok guys I'm pretty much in the first few days of my low carb diet, however I wish I had something for spreads like peanut butter and others, much like bread but with low carbs. Any idea ? Anything to melt cheese on ? (ahahah I love this diet)

For the first week or two you're going to have to resist eating bread. After that, if you want to eat bread try to find whole grain bread like whole wheat.

Oh no worries I can easily go without it, but if there is anything in replacement that would be stellar.

That's pretty much what i do.

And as for melting cheese... i just buy a big ham, and slice some up. Put some cheese over it, and microwave it to melt the cheese. mmmm

Coldcuts work for this too.

you can make like tortilla roll-ups or wraps with a big leaf of lettuce.. even with peanut butter it's ok, but ham/cheese, turkey/cheese, roast beef/boursin.. that's fine stuff.. the tortilla doesn't do much but stick to your teeth anyway, just as good without!

i prefer to now eat my bacon sandwiches on beef jerky, and top off the tasy morsel with a little mayo, and lard

Pick up a pack of pepperonis.

Then, spread them out on a plate or cookie sheet. Sprinkle cheese all over. Maybe even some pizza sauce. Then, either microwave it for a minute, or throw it in the oven for a few minutes. Oven makes it a bit crunchier. Either way, it's good and it's something I ate a lot when I wasn't eating carbs.

Whole wheat isnt as bad for carbs. I'm a diabetic and they recommend wheat to me for lowing my carb count.

That's true... But it's still too many carbs for the beginning of a low-carb diet.

There are low carb breads out there. And low carb bread mixes, if you feel like making your own... But be careful, as they still offer (probably) more than you can afford at the beginning.
