Cutting PCB

I was wondering what is the best way to cut pcb. I am trying to put the fan speed controller on my case from behind the front bezel to behind the flap covering the front usb ports. (I got sick of taking off the bezel every time I wanted to change the fan speed). The pcb is a square and the rectangular switch is soldered at the bottom with some space to the sides. I want to cut this extra pcb off, which would let it fit where I want to mount it.

How would I go about doing this? I tried googling for it, but I only found industrial tools. Would scissors work? Dremel? Something else?
