A dremel works, but you'll snap quite a few discs. I did design work in AutoCAD and then sent my specs and case to a metal shop that's equipped with laser cutting devices.
I used a jig saw, covered the case in that area with masking tape to keep from scratching the finish. Hole saws are fast and clean, but I didn't feel like putting out the money for something I will seldom use.
I used a dremel for my two blowholes in my enlight 7237. cut just inside the circle with the circular blade, then rounded it out with the stone bits. took a while, but came out nice.
i was poppin a 92mm in my dads side panel. for a front grille i drilled out a neat Windows logo using drillbits of different sizes to make different size holes - kinda like pixel art. (drillbit art!) i might do a 92mm blowhole too just to top it off

It's not a problem using a Dremel, but make sure you use the reinforced wheels, not the standard wheels (unless you want to go through about ten of them)
