Cutting a blow hole on window kit .....

Actually, if you know the size you can get a cutter that's the shape of a doughnut cutting tool (looks like a pipe with teeth) that will affix to a drill and cut a perfect hole for you. if all you want is a circle and some spots for the screws, a drill and that tool should do it.

I would suggest a circle cut armeture bit. Getting a bit like ChefJoe mentioned would probably crack your window.

I've done this before with a dremel, though the hole saw idea sounds good too. With a dremel: First draw a circle with a fan gaurd of the size fan you will use, using the fan gaurd like a template draw trace around the edge with a marker or grease pencil. When cutting go slow and do small bits at a time, plexi will melt a little. Then use the fan gaurd also to mark the screw holes. Easy that way.

I just got my Dremel Kit couple of hours ....will be working on my project soon ..Thanks all ..will post pics one i get done with everything
