Cutting 92mm hole in Plexi

I have a chieftec case with a "factory installed" window. I want to put a 92mm fan hole in the factory plexi. Im thinkin of using my bi-metal holesaw or would this wreck the plexi?

Anyone who has this case with the factory window?

Thanks

I did this on two of my windows, I found by going slow you reduce the melting effect. The melted pieces, as stated before, can just be lightly filed/sanded off. You should not have a problem. Take your time and don't crack your plexi.

Cool I was hoping I could do it myself. If I break it I guess ill have to suffer and buy one of those really cool laser etched windows.....DARN...

Thanks

Don't forget to do it on a piece of scrap wood to keep the plexi flat and stable while you spin the hole saw through it.

if you wreck it, you can always get a cheap peice from ace hardware or something, or like you said, order a nice etched one
