Cut Copy Paste Poll

I was just wondering what the preferred method of ATOTer's is for Cut Copying and Pasting. As there is so many ways. Also to me it seems that more technically adept people tend to use keyboard shortcuts, whereas some of the people I work with use the Edit menu.
