customizing XP's left-hand quick location buttons for save-to dialogue

In IE when you right-click-> save as for a link, it brings up a dialogue to pick where to save to, with a vertical toolbar on the left with buttons, to quicky navigate to those places

how can i customize it? the first item is "Recent items" (WTF?, who saves stuff to recent folder)... I would like to change a couple of those.. and can you have custom icons for the links too ?
