None! Can you believe that? None!

I'd like to find places with more stuff, so where do you get your stuff? I'd really like to get things like fonts, mouse pointers, sound schemes and such.

Sonata in build 7057+ is wonderful, by the way. Much less obtrusive than the default sounds.
