Customizing Device Manager & Task Manager

I want to resize Device Manager larger than what it opens every time. After I open it, I expand the box downward, but when I open it again the size returns to what it was.
How can I do this?

Also, is there a way I can keep a sort order with a certain collumn with Task Manager?
