Customize Canon G12

I want to set the C1 on the mode dial to be essentially landscape mode, with some mods, which is accessed by choosing SCN on mode dial then choosing landscape.

Essentially what I am asking is : are the various SCN choices able to be replicated by choosing a variety of setting while in P mode ?
