Custom Windows XP install possible? Like Windows 2000?

Hey,

I remember reading somehwere on these forums where you could run a certain program on the Win2K disc and create a "custom" install that would install only whatever was selected, at least something to that extent.

How do you do it in Windows 2000 again?

Moreover, can the same be done on WinXP Pro?
