screws look better if done right (see the antec window side panels) but the rubber channel is easier imho. you can get it at 2cooltek. mine's done with that, hides the bad cutting job i did. 🙂
Actually I prefer a silicone adhesive or some good thin double stick tape.
Edit, the trim is good at hiding bad edges. Whats best is to not have a rough edge. It's best to file the last little bit of your window opening using some tape or a thin pencil line as a guide. Then you dont need to hide the edge. When you attach the window it sits flush on the inside.
