custom screen saver?

Hello,
Is there anyways to run a looping mpg, program, even an mp3, etc... (not all at the same time of course) as a screensaver? Or do screen savers have to be specifically designed somehow? I want to see if I can run that Sacrifice Movie Trailer as a screensaver 🙂
