Going to try and keep updated, if people could PM or post in the thread when they see a card being available, that would also help.
I can't see any listings on Newegg nor Amazon for the US, hence the listing all being from the UK for now, but I would guess release dates will be similar.

Manufacturers confirmed releasing custom cards: Sapphire, Asus, Gigabyte, HIS, XFX, MSI, Powercolor
Unknown for custom cards: Club3D, VTX3D, VisionTek

Powercolor has released info on the LCS model.

Thanks for starting this. Hopefully it won't be too long before we have releases.

This is the sort of information I have been looking for :) Thanks for starting this thread!

I'm kind of surprised that there really has been nothing posted on North American websites besides the few MSI preorders at NCIX. I wish there was more info about when those cards will actually be available :(

That's a retailer-specific custom modded card though, not an "official" card as such.

It's true, but since NZXT is making the kit available to everyone, i expect plenty of them to be available SOON(tm)

Windforce in stock already, shipping in mid December? Not bad.

What's hilarious is as we've known for a long time, these custom cards use the same design from each company as their previous cards, ie. 280X or 780/ti. So much for the delay due to design issues.

I think what would matter is what sort of warranty is on the card. Also would be nic to see what some of thermal compound and the application style as that is something I think would matter to people who are weighing just buying the parts separately and doing it themselves.

Great.

Dear Mods, can we get this sticky for 2-3 months until the availability hopefully stabilizes?

Unfortunately, I can't do that. Just to be clear, if you've followed gigabyte cards in the past - their first iteration of windforce cards are always reference PCB based. This was true for the 7970, GTX 680, GTX 780, and so on. But I don't know if this is an exception. I can't find a PCB picture anywhere.

Anyway, I also find it interesting that XFX used to be a loved brand (almost like EVGA) and now everyone hates them. Personally, I think their new DD design looks pretty good and it performs great both acoustically and cooling wise. But it's going to be tough for them to recover after the fiasco with their 79xx DD cards which were pretty terrible.

Given their re-instatement of the lifetime warranty on DD cards I think i'd give them a shot if I were on the market.

Doesn't matter what the source of the delay was...there was a delay...and there still is a delay...and availability is scarce. Thankfully they are making their way to market now, though not so much in the U.S yet.

I'm not paying $580 for a mere refresh 28nm GPU. Maybe if it were 35% faster and on 20nm. Few people actually need that level of horsepower right now, anyway... we'll know more in 2014 what you need to run a typical next-gen console port (since most games are console ports these days).

Is the windforce a custom PCB? Or reference? Anyone have concrete info on that?

The 290 (non X) windforce is at newegg, mining inflated price unfortunately:

How did you find this on their site? Your link works but if you use filters to check 290s or Gigabyte it doesn't show. Just curious because I've had a page monitor on the 290s and it didn't pick this up.

The Gigabyte is 8+6, if it is custom, it's probably nothing special.

Also price is crazy... Costs more than the 780 GHz edition - which is a custom PCB with 8+8 connectors.
