Custom PC Laptop with Mac Case

I recently saw a classmate at my school that had a custom bulit PC lappy INSIDE a Titanium Mac case. Anyone know of a place to get a custom built Lappy like that?

I'd say that's essentially impossible.

He was probably just running Virtual PC on the Mac (which can run full screen so it looks exactly like a Windows PC), or else he was running one of the several TiBook knock-offs out there.
