Custom or longer SCSI cables?

Does anyone know where I can either purchase or buy some materials for making longer SCSI cables? I need one thats about 3 feet in length, with at least 5 different connections on it. I'm talking about the old 50pin cable, for SCSI-2 and Ultra SCSI, not the twisted stuff.

I know there is a kit you can buy somewhere, which allows you to make your own cables, but I can't seem to find it. I guess the ideal solution would be a bulk amount of 50pin SCSI cable, connectors, and the crimping tool for it.

Ideas?
