It's a series of bash scripts that make it easy to create a live-linux (bootable OS on a CDROM) type cd from any installed distro on your computer.
One example I've seen is that this one guy had display koisks that used linux and he was worried about people changing the configs around or whatever. So he built a install with just the apps that he needed for the koisk and set everything up exactly how he wanted it, then used this program to create a linux cd that he used in all the production machines.
If anything ever happenned to the machines software or config wise he just would have them reboot and it would be back into pristine condition.
I could think of hundreds of cool little things you can do with these cds.
