Custom heatsink fabrication?

does anyone know where/who could do it? i've got a pretty good heatsink design and would like to make it.

One-offs are likely to be very expensive from a big producer.

I've heard of custom waterblocks but HSF not so much, I cant see making a effective HSF for a decent price.

that's cool, but my design is much too elaborate for me to make 🙁
