Custom designed motherboards?

I was wondering is there anyway to get a custom made motherboard, or is it just a dream.
Why? well I want to make a really small pc that is still powerful.
I was thinking along the lines of flex atx size motherboard with an agp slot.

Anyway, just wondering if anyone could help bring my dream true.
