Custom built cases

Does anyone know of any company that would build a case to order? say if I wanted 2 rear and 2 front 120mm fan mounts, drive rails, some spring loaded drive bay covers, etc etc.. I'm having a hard time finding any case with more than 1 120mm fan mount that isnt missing a bunch of the other things I want.

I would also like to know this. Though I highly doubt it would be worth the price.

Cut the fan holes yourself is my best advice...

Any place that could do that would rape you on price for sure.
